How It Works
Assess the farm and scope
Confirm species, hen count at the particular farm, sales route, treatment and actual activities. Assess food-facility exemptions separately; never send account passwords or PINs.
Submit the included producer filing
With supported authorization, submit the applicable Part 118 producer registration. This $249 service does not include food-facility registration or DUNS assistance.
Retain evidence and separate obligations
Receive the registration confirmation and first-year commercial US Agent coverage. The producer retains operational safety, records and applicable import responsibilities; registration does not guarantee release.
Common questions
Who needs Part 118 producer registration?+
Assess a particular farm with at least 3,000 laying hens producing domesticated-chicken table eggs unless all its eggs are sold directly to consumers. Defined treatment changes duties but does not remove all registration/refrigeration duties. Holding or transporting eggs is not automatically producer registration.
Does every egg site need food-facility registration?+
No. Assess the farm exemption, non-exempt farm mixed-type activities and the exemption for an entire facility regulated exclusively by USDA under the Egg Products Inspection Act. The SEPRM guide permits No to existing FFRM registration. DUNS/UFI and the foreign-registration US Agent requirement apply separately where food-facility registration is required.
What does the $249 service include?+
The applicable producer filing and commercially included US Agent Year 1. It excludes food-facility registration and DUNS assistance. FDA does not charge a Part 118 registration filing fee; $249 is our professional service charge. Commercial coverage is not an automatic standalone Part 118 legal requirement.
When is the $599 bundle relevant?+
It lists DUNS assistance, food-facility registration, shell-egg producer registration and US Agent Year 1. Choose it only after applicability is established. Annual service coverage is separate from the October–December 2026 food-facility renewal window. Neither package guarantees import eligibility or operational compliance.
