Refund Policy

Effective date: March 1, 2026

This Refund Policy describes when FDABridge (“FDABridge”, “we”, “us”) will issue refunds for FDA registration services purchased through fdabridge.com.

1. Nature of Our Services

FDA registration services involve work that begins immediately after payment is confirmed: account setup, document preparation, and submission to US government systems. Because a portion of our work is performed before the FDA acknowledges your filing, refunds are limited as described below.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

  • You paid for a service but we have not yet started work on your order (typically within 2 hours of payment during business hours, Eastern Time).
  • We are unable to complete your registration due to a technical failure or error on our part, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You submitted a duplicate order by mistake and contact us before work begins on the duplicate.

3. When You Are Eligible for a Partial Refund

  • Work has begun on your order but the filing has not yet been submitted to the FDA. In this case, we will refund the order amount minus a processing fee of $49 USD to cover the work already performed.

4. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Your application has been submitted to the FDA. At this point, government filing fees and processing time are non-recoverable.
  • The FDA rejects or cancels your registration due to inaccurate information you provided, or due to FDA regulatory decisions outside our control.
  • Annual US Agent service fees after the service period has begun (i.e., your US Agent designation is active with the FDA).
  • You change your mind about exporting to the United States after work has begun.

5. FDA Decisions Are Outside Our Control

FDABridge files registration applications on your behalf. We cannot control how or when the FDA processes your application, and we cannot guarantee FDA approval. If the FDA declines to register your facility or product for any reason, this does not entitle you to a refund under this policy.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@fdabridge.com with the subject line “Refund Request” within 14 days of your order date. Include your order confirmation number and the reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide our payment processor with documentation of services rendered.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. The policy in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
