Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR)

Turn your formulation and supporting evidence into an EU cosmetic safety report—before committing to a market launch.

Defined deliverable

What we handle

  • A Cosmetic Product Safety Report prepared and signed by a qualified safety assessor.
  • Assessment of the supplied formulation, exposure and supporting safety evidence within the agreed product scope.
Ready to begin

What we need from you

  • Full quantitative formula with INCI names and ingredient concentrations.
  • Raw-material specifications, safety data and supplier documents.
  • Product use, target users, packaging, label artwork and available stability/microbiological evidence.

Scope boundaries

  • PIF compilation, laboratory testing, Responsible Person assignment and CPNP notification are separate services.
  • Missing evidence or an unsuitable formulation may require additional work before a favourable safety conclusion can be issued.

From enquiry to deliverable

01

Confirm the product and scope

Tell us what you sell, where it will be sold and what evidence is already available. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

02

Submit the intake and pay securely

The application leads to Stripe Checkout for this exact service in EUR. Send the listed documents to info@fdabridge.com; do not send samples without instructions.

03

Receive the agreed work

We review document completeness, coordinate the assessment or testing and deliver the agreed report or file. Any additional scope is explained before further work.

Does a CPSR approve my product?

No. It is a safety assessment, not an EU authority approval. The Responsible Person must also meet the other applicable cosmetics obligations.

Official background: European Commission: EU cosmetics legislation. FDABridge is an independent private provider. Assessment, review and notification are not government approval.
