EU Cosmetic Claims Review
Check what your product promises against the evidence you hold, before those claims reach retailers or consumers.
What we handle
- Compliance review of the cosmetic claims included in the agreed scope.
- Identification of wording or evidence gaps based on the supplied substantiation.
What we need from you
- Exact claims and the label, website or advertising context where they appear.
- Product formulation and function.
- Studies, test reports or other evidence supporting each claim.
Scope boundaries
- New clinical, efficacy or laboratory studies are not included.
- A claims review does not replace a full artwork review, safety assessment or CPNP notification.

Receive the agreed work
We review document completeness, coordinate the assessment or testing and deliver the agreed report or file. Any additional scope is explained before further work.
Can a patch test substantiate every claim?
No. A patch test addresses a defined skin-tolerance question. Efficacy or other performance claims need evidence appropriate to the exact wording.
