Write down the owner of each record, its next action and the completion evidence. A single provider is optional; it does not transfer statutory duties automatically.
Separate the records
D&B maintains DUNS data. The facility owner or authorized person controls FDA food registration and renewal. The U.S. Agent is FDA contact, while the FSVP importer has separate verification duties and the Prior Notice filer handles each covered shipment. FEI is not the food registration number.
Agree on any monitoring
FDABridge provides only the filing, Agent or other assistance stated in the selected agreement. Do not assume continuous monitoring, automatic renewal reminders, import clearance or a response time without an agreed service term. Keep account credentials and PINs with an authorized owner.
